Khyber restaurant in south Mumbai was the place to be on Wednesday nite as Celebrity Fashion Designer Nisha Jamvaal threw a party for her close friends. We are not quite sure on what the occasion was, but everyone seemed to be having a lot of fun and the first to walk in was actress Tulip Joshi in her teeny black. Nisha Jamvaal was dressed in one of her creations that looked a little tacky. Hey, Nisha it’s time to hone up your designing skills, but we sure loved those diamond danglers. When it comes to wearing a watch, people either wear it on their right or left wrist, but Nisha is a bit different as she wears one on both.

Kim Sharma was the next entrant to the party and if you are wondering if she repeated the same outfit that she wore for Ekta Kapoor’s bash, well then you are right, but as Kim was party hopping, she first was at Nisha’s and later at Ekta Kapoor’s; now that’s what we call a party gal. Music Director Sandeep Chowta walked in a black and blue kurta and looked handsome in his new look. For you gossip lovers, Kim and Sandeep hit the dance floor and the actress was trying all her moves to get close to him. This sure confused me as I simply don’t understand what is it about Sandeep that draws all the women close to him; first Shilpa Shetty then telly actress Urvashi and many even say that Mallika was trying to entice him as well and as a gesture to that Sandeep came out with a song “Mallika, I hate you”. Wonder what’s next?

The usually punctual Vivek Oberoi made in a stylish late entry and looked clean in his new look and a cute goatee which is his look for ‘Shootout at Lokhandwala’ in which he plays Dawood Ibrahim’s henchman Maya Dolas. Vivek has been doing a lot of research for the role as he has been visiting Maya’s home in Mumbai and has been working on his body language. We caught up with the actor as he spoke more about his role, “I am giving my best shot to make Maya Dolas look as real as possible. In my opinion, that's one way to take the character a step further. I have done my bit, now audiences will give their verdict.”

Kiran Sippy and Reena Roy, the old time buddies were seen catching up on life. Neena Gupta also joined the ladies gang. Kim, Vivek and Tulip made an early exit as they were to attend the bash at Ekta Kapoor’s residence, but the party continued and we must say Nisha was the “Hostess with the mostest”.
